What are the shipping costs?

We always offer free shipping, regardless of order value.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered within 6–10 business days.

When are orders shipped

Orders placed before .. will be shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after .. will be shipped the next business day.
Please note: orders placed on Friday after .. will be shipped the following Monday!

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been placed you can track your order on the tracking page by entering your order number with your email/phone number or you can enter your tracking number if you have received it. This way you can follow the journey of your package.

Is my order insured?

Yes, all our orders are insured from the moment they leave our warehouse until they arrive at your doorstep.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If your package has been lost, please contact us via the contact form or email our customer service at support@levaparis.com then we will help you solve the problem. Always include your name , address , order number .

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Klarna.

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return your product within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all included parts.

How can I make a return?

  1. Please contact us via the contact form or email our customer service at support@levaparis.com and state your name , address , order number and which goods you wish to return.

  2. We will send you instructions and a return address by email.

  3. Please pack the item securely and preferably use the same packaging in which you received it.

Who is responsible for the return shipment?

Return costs are free, unless otherwise agreed.

What happens if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email our customer service at support@levaparis.com with a photo of the damage , your name , address , order number and a description of the problem . We will make sure you are helped as soon as possible!

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will take place within 1-2 weeks after we have received and processed your return. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.
